Living/Dining Room (312 sq. ft.)
ABOUT THE TRANSFORMATION:
The existing space was a 312 square high rise living/dining room area with walls full of floor-to-ceiling windows. With this much glass, a space like this can sometimes feel cold depending on how it is furnished. The goal was to make the space feel cozy and elegant. The client wanted a neutral aesthetic with small pops of color and gold accents. All elements shown in the visual (furnishings, wallpaper, art, etc.) fell within the client's décor budget by using a combination of DIYs and affordable furniture pieces in the room! WHAT STAYED:
This space was fully furnished from scratch. The only existing piece used in this space was the 6.5ft tall mirror at the back of the room.
Identifiable features are removed or blurred from original photos.
I use a detailed 3D modeling process to replicate any existing features that a client wants to keep in the room (like the wall color, flooring, furniture pieces, etc.). In this room, the existing wall mounted TV and full sized bed mattress were maintained.
