These Terms of Use govern your use of the website located at www.thechelleco.com ("Website") and all services and products provided by The Chelle Co, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"You" means the user or customer accessing the Website or Services. "Services" includes all digital products, virtual design services, consultations, physical goods, and other offerings by The Chelle Co, LLC. "Design Express" and "Design Concierge" refer to specific virtual design service tiers.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products (e.g., design guides, templates, mini consults) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. Purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license.
3. DESIGN SERVICES
Design Express, Design Concierge, and Concierge for Business are virtual design services and do not include contractor management, purchasing services, installation, or on-site styling unless expressly stated in writing. Design deliverables may include annotated images, 3D renderings, layout plans, or product suggestions, depending on your selected package. The Chelle Co, LLC is not responsible for implementation, trade work, or final results.
4. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For Concierge Services, a deposit secures your project start date and is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due before design begins unless installment terms are explicitly agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to delay work until payment is received in full.
5. GIFT CARDS
If offered, gift cards may be redeemed for digital or design services only. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
6. IMAGE USE & CONTENT PERMISSION
With your consent, The Chelle Co, LLC may share project results, photos you submit, or related design visuals in its digital portfolio, website, or marketing channels. We will never share identifying personal details without your explicit permission.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, graphics, and materials produced by The Chelle Co, LLC are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute these materials for commercial use without written permission. Third-party images used for illustration remain property of their original creators.
8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you implement the designs or guidance provided. The Chelle Co, LLC offers visual and conceptual support only. Final decisions regarding product purchases, materials, or contractor work rest with you.
9. NO GUARANTEES
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction results, as design is subjective and implementation varies. By purchasing, you agree that you understand the scope and limitations of our services.
10. NO ENDORSEMENT
References to third-party vendors, tools, or products are not endorsements. The Chelle Co, LLC is not responsible for the quality or performance of third-party services or goods.
11. RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at contact@thechelleco.com.
12. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If physical products are offered in the future, estimated delivery windows and tracking will be provided. Shipping fees may apply. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
13. LOST OR STOLEN PHYSICAL PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after shipment. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. If insurance was purchased, we can assist in processing your claim.
14. PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for physical goods may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the order has already been processed or shipped.
15. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, or any payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
16. PRIVACY
Your use of this Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
