The Chelle Co. provides nationwide virtual interior design services for residential and commercial spaces.

How do Design Express and Design Concierge differ?

The Design Express is a fast, one-room design plan for simple spaces. Design Concierge is a deeper service for multi-room projects, whole homes, kitchens, and bathrooms including technical drawings, and expanded designer support.

How do Strategy Snapshot and Concierge for Business differ?

Strategy Snapshot is a streamlined design plan for one room in a commercial space. Concierge for Business provides a multi-room or full-space design package including technical drawings, and expanded designer support.

What’s considered one room?

For pricing, a room is any enclosed or clearly defined space such as a bedroom, living room, office, or powder room. Large open-concept layouts count as more than one space.

What if I’m not sure how many rooms I need help with?

Request a custom proposal and we’ll confirm the correct scope for your project.

Can you transform an entire house?

Yes. Whole-home projects fall under Design Concierge and are priced via custom proposal.

Do you design for renters?

Absolutely. Every service provides renter-friendly, non-permanent solutions as needed.

Do you provide construction drawings or permit-ready plans?

No. We supply conceptual interior design plans and scaled CAD layouts for inspiration, which must be verified by a licensed contractor or architect before construction.

Do you coordinate with contractors or vendors?

We don’t manage contractors directly, but we provide detailed online interior design plans and recommendations you can share with your builder or vendor team.

Can I request ongoing design support after my package ends?

Yes. Clients can add extended post-design support for sourcing alternates, answering design questions, or making layout tweaks during implementation.

Design Express

Who is Design Express best for?

Design Express is ideal for simple one-room spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, offices, nurseries, and powder rooms.

What’s included in Design Express?

You'll receive styled 3D visuals, a layout sketch with key dimensions, styling notes, and one included revision round. Optional sourcing includes a curated list of product links tailored to your budget.

What do I need to provide before we start?

After booking, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with your questionnaire and portal to upload photos and measurements.

Can I request revisions to the Design Express Plan?

Yes. One final design revision round is included with up to three product or layout swaps.

Can I add sourcing after my Design Express Plan is completed?

No. If you’d like curated product links with your design, please select the sourcing add-on when booking. Without sourcing, the 3D design uses placeholder items for style and scale, so a specific product list can't be provided after the design is complete.

Design Concierge

Who is Design Concierge best for?

Homeowners needing multi-room design, kitchens, bathrooms, or more involved layouts with detailed documentation and deeper support.

What’s included in the flat-rate service?

Depending on your scope: CAD plans, styled 3D visuals, product links with alternates, detailed guidance, optional live calls, a dedicated client input round during the draft phase, a final revision round, and post-design support.

What if I’m not sure how many rooms I need help with?

Submit the project inquiry form and we’ll confirm your project scope and pricing.

What happens after I book?

You’ll receive a Welcome Email with easy next steps to get your project started.

When is the remaining balance due?

After we review your materials and before design work begins. Larger projects follow a multi-payment schedule outlined in your proposal.

Can I apply my deposit to a larger project later?

Yes. If your scope expands, we apply your original deposit to the updated total.

What happens if I choose to skip the live calls?

You can opt out of live calls and handle the full process by email. We’ll send your concepts for review and you can share edits at your own pace.

Will I be able to request changes if needed?

Yes. Each package includes a dedicated feedback round during the concept phase and one final revision round to fine-tune your virtual interior design plan.

Do you offer design services for small businesses?

Yes. We design for salons, offices, studios, and lounge spaces nationwide.

What’s included in Concierge for Business?

Depending on your scope: CAD plans, styled 3D visuals, product links with alternates, detailed guidance, optional live calls, a dedicated client input round during the draft phase, a final revision round, and post-design support.
