Design Concierge offers a more comprehensive design experience, with detailed plans, realistic custom 3D models, and the opportunity to review your design live with your designer and provide feedback before it's finalized.
How do the business services differ?
Express for Business is ideal for single-space business projects when you want a clear, tailored design plan delivered in one streamlined phase. Concierge for Business is designed for projects that benefit from a more collaborative design process, including a dedicated virtual design review meeting before final delivery.

What’s considered one room?
For pricing, a room is any enclosed or clearly defined space such as a bedroom, living room, office, or powder room. Large open-concept layouts count as more than one space.
Can you transform an entire house?
Yes. Design Concierge supports projects ranging from a single room to an entire home.
Do you design for renters?
Absolutely. Every service includes renter-friendly, non-permanent solutions whenever appropriate.
Do you provide construction drawings or permit-ready plans?
No. We provide conceptual interior design plans and scaled CAD layouts, which must be reviewed and verified by a licensed contractor or architect before construction.
Do you coordinate with contractors or vendors?
We don't manage contractors directly, but we provide detailed design documentation you can confidently share with your contractor or vendor team.
Do you offer ongoing design support?
Post-Design Services are available for product selection updates, layout revisions, and updates to your completed design as your space evolves.

Design Express is ideal for anyone looking to pick their designer's brain, explore ideas, and get personalized guidance during a live 1:1 consultation.
What’s included in Design Express?
Includes a live 1:1 design consultation, professional space planning, custom 3D design sketches, a layout plan, furniture dimensions, and personalized recommendations. Your design concept and consultation notes are delivered afterward.
What do I need to provide before we start?
After booking, you'll receive a Welcome Email with your design questionnaire and instructions for submitting photos and measurements. Once onboarding is complete, you'll be contacted to schedule your live consultation.
Can I request revisions to the Design Express Plan?
You can explore ideas, ask questions, and discuss alternatives during your live consultation. The custom design sketches are not revised afterward, but your consultation notes will reflect the guidance discussed.
Does Design Express include product shopping links?
No. Design Express focuses on personalized design advice and a custom concept. For curated product selections and shopping links, explore Design Concierge.
