What’s considered one room?
For pricing, a room is any enclosed or clearly defined space such as a bedroom, living room, office, or powder room. Large open-concept layouts count as more than one space.
Can you transform an entire house?
Yes. Design Concierge supports projects ranging from a single room to an entire home.
Do you design for renters?
Absolutely. Every service includes renter-friendly, non-permanent solutions whenever appropriate.
Do you provide construction drawings or permit-ready plans?
No. We provide conceptual interior design plans and scaled CAD layouts, which must be reviewed and verified by a licensed contractor or architect before construction.
Do you coordinate with contractors or vendors?
We don't manage contractors directly, but we provide detailed design documentation you can confidently share with your contractor or vendor team.
Do you offer ongoing design support?
Post-Design Services are available for product selection updates, layout revisions, and updates to your completed design as your space evolves.
Design Express
Who is Design Express best for?
Design Express is ideal for simple one-room spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, offices, nurseries, and powder rooms. For those who want a clear, tailored design plan delivered in one streamlined phase.
What’s included in Design Express?
You'll receive professional space planning, a custom 3D model of your redesigned space, a layout plan, and personalized design recommendations. Product selections with direct shopping links are also available.
What do I need to provide before we start?
After booking, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with your questionnaire and page to upload photos and measurements.
Can I request revisions to the Design Express Plan?
Yes. One final design revision round is included with up to three product or layout swaps.
Can I add sourcing after my Design Express Plan is completed?
No. If you'd like curated product selections, please select the sourcing add-on when booking. Without sourcing, the 3D model uses representative furnishings to establish the intended style and scale, so a specific product list can't be added after the design is complete.

Homeowners needing single or multi-room design, and a more collaborative design process, including a live design walkthrough and refinement before final delivery.

After we review your materials and before design work begins. Larger projects follow a multi-payment schedule outlined in your proposal.
