How do Design Express and Design Concierge differ?
Both deliver full 3D room visuals, but Design Express is a fast-track virtual interior design service with lighter documentation, while Design Concierge offers a fully customized plan with detailed drawings, sourcing, and extended designer support.
How do Strategy Snapshot and Concierge for Business differ?
Both deliver full 3D room visuals, but the Strategy Snapshot is a streamlined online interior design package for small businesses needing quick, actionable plans. Concierge for Business provides a comprehensive, brand-aligned design service with detailed visuals, CAD layouts, and implementation guidance.

What’s considered one room?
For pricing, a “room” means any enclosed or clearly defined area, living room, office, bedroom, etc., while large open-concept layouts may count as more than one room depending on size.
What if I’m not sure how many rooms I need help with?
If your project is outside of a sizing tier, contact us for a custom quote and we’ll confirm the correct virtual interior design package.
Can you transform an entire house?
Yes. Design Express offers a full-home virtual interior design package for multi-room and whole-house projects nationwide. Design Concierge provides flat-rate packages for one or two rooms, and whole-home Concierge projects are available by custom proposal.
Do you design for renters?
Absolutely. We specialize in renter-friendly virtual interior design with solutions that are stylish, removable, and ideal for both temporary and long-term leases.
Do I need the layout add-on for a simple kitchen refresh?
No. The Design Express layout add-on is only needed for major changes such as moving walls, kitchen cabinetry, or plumbing; simple updates like finishes or paint do not require it.
Do you provide construction drawings or permit-ready plans?
No. We supply conceptual interior design plans and scaled CAD layouts for inspiration, which must be verified by a licensed contractor or architect before construction.
Do you coordinate with contractors or vendors?
We don’t manage contractors directly, but we provide detailed online interior design plans and recommendations you can share with your builder or vendor team.
Can I request ongoing design support after my package ends?
Yes. Clients can add extended post-design support for sourcing alternates, answering design questions, or making layout tweaks during implementation.
Design Express
Who is Design Express best for?
Design Express is perfect for homeowners or renters who need a fast, professional virtual interior design plan for one room or an entire space without full-service management.
What’s included in Design Express?
Every package delivers a PDF design plan with styled 3D visuals, a layout sketch with key dimensions, designer notes, and one included revision round. Optional sourcing adds a curated list of product links tailored to your budget.
What do I need to provide before we start?
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to upload photos, measurements, and any floor plans or sketches within five business days so we can create your Design Express virtual interior design plan.
Can I request revisions to the Design Express Plan?
Yes. Each Design Express service includes one revision round with up to three product or layout swaps after you review your plan.
Can I add sourcing after my Design Express Plan is completed?
No. If you’d like curated product links with your design, please select the sourcing add-on when booking. Without sourcing, the 3D design uses placeholder items for style and scale, so a specific product list can't be provided after the design is complete.
Design Concierge
Who is Design Concierge best for?
Design Concierge is ideal for homeowners and renters seeking a custom virtual interior design service for one room or an entire home, with detailed layouts, 3D visuals, budget planning, and post-design support.
What’s included in the flat-rate service?
Each package includes two optional live calls, 3D room visuals, scaled layout plans, product suggestions with alternates, budget planning, an implementation and styling guide, and up to three weeks of post-design email support. Custom proposals are developed for larger or more complex residential projects.
What if I’m not sure how many rooms I need help with?
Fill out the Custom Proposal Form and we’ll review your home’s layout and goals, then recommend the right online interior design package or create a tailored bundle.
What happens after I book?
After your deposit is submitted, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. After reviewing your materials, we’ll schedule your kickoff call and start the design process.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is invoiced after we review your onboarding materials and before design work begins. Larger or custom projects may follow a multi-payment schedule, outlined in your proposal.
Can I apply my deposit to a larger project later?
Yes. If your scope expands, we’ll update the invoice and apply your original deposit toward the new total.
What happens if I choose to skip the live calls?
You can opt out of live calls and handle everything by email. We’ll carefully review your intake form, clarify details as needed, and send your mid-design concept for feedback so you can share edits at your own pace.
Will I be able to request changes if needed?
Yes. Each package includes unlimited feedback during the concept phase and one final revision round to fine-tune your virtual interior design plan.
Concierge for Business
Do you offer design services for small businesses?
Yes. We provide virtual interior design for small businesses such as salons, offices, studios, and lounge spaces nationwide.
What’s included in Concierge for Business?
This full space package includes two optional live calls, 3D room visuals, scaled layout plans, product suggestions with alternates, budget planning, an implementation and styling guide, and up to six weeks of post-design email support.
What’s included in the Strategy Snapshot?
Strategy Snapshot is a focused, one-space business design package (up to 350 sq. ft.) with styled 3D visuals, a simplified layout sketch, 8-10 product suggestions, and one revision round for a clear, actionable design plan.
What happens after I book the Concierge for Business?
After your deposit is submitted, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. After reviewing your materials, we’ll schedule your kickoff call and start the design process.
When is the Concierge remaining balance due?
