This breakroom lounge was designed for a wellness-focused company seeking a calm, elevated space where staff could genuinely reset and recharge. The intent was to create an environment that supports employee well-being and encourages team connection, all without the cost or disruption of demolition.

We reimagined the layout using custom framing, built-in storage, and visual zoning to improve flow and define purpose. A centered arch feature reshaped the room’s proportions and created a natural focal point, while warm wood tones, layered textures, and refined lighting replaced the sterile feel with a boutique-style atmosphere.

To remain budget-conscious, the existing cabinetry was preserved and refaced, ensuring a cohesive finish that matched the upgraded elements. The result is a welcoming, restorative space that not only elevates the day-to-day experience for staff but also supports productivity and long-term retention.
