After the electrical, re-wiring, insulation, and drywall goes up, this space becomes a blank canvas ready to be designed from scratch! The client wanted a moody and modern space that was cozy with a slight touch of drama and contrast. All elements shown in the visual (furnishings, shelving, art, etc.) fell well within the client's budget by using a combination of DIYs and affordable materials and furniture pieces to the room!
