1. Scope of Service

Design Express is a one-time virtual design consultation service. Based on the materials you submit (photos, video, or floor plan), the Designer will provide a personalized "Design Clarity Report" that includes written recommendations, mockups or visual markups (when applicable), and reference images used for illustrative and inspirational purposes.

This service does not include:

• Product sourcing or shopping links

• Full design plans with 3D visuals

• Construction drawings or permit-ready plans

• Revisions or follow-up consultation

2. Deliverables

Your Design Clarity Report will be delivered by email as a PDF or video link (if applicable) within the stated turnaround time on the booking page (typically 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted). All suggestions are conceptual and intended to help guide layout, styling, and space use decisions.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive the service, you must submit the required materials promptly after booking. This includes:

• Clear photos of the space

• A video, floor plan, and/or rough sketch (if available)

• Answers to the intake questions

To ensure a high-quality Design Clarity Report, all submitted materials must be clear and complete. If the submitted materials are insufficient (e.g., blurry photos, missing context), the Designer may proceed using best judgment or request additional information, which may delay delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Design Express is a digital, creative service and is non-refundable once booked. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of booking and work has not yet begun, you may email us to request a courtesy cancellation. Approval is not guaranteed and will be granted at the sole discretion of The Chelle Co, LLC.

5. Intellectual Property

The Design Clarity Report and any materials provided are the intellectual property of The Chelle Co, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the recommendations for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the content is not permitted.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

All suggestions made are for inspiration and general guidance only. Clients are responsible for verifying all dimensions, feasibility, and safety before acting on any recommendation. The Chelle Co is not responsible for outcomes related to construction, product purchases, or third-party installations.
