This living room was redesigned to support entertaining while honoring key elements the clients wanted to keep, including the lime green accent chair, the mounted TV, and the original flooring and paint. The layout was reworked to foster conversation, with a full-extension TV mount that allows for flexible viewing from any seat.

Custom shelving was proposed to frame the existing fireplace, adding both storage and visual balance, the original brick fireplace was brightened with a whitewashed finish to brighten and modernize the space. A mix of affordable furnishings, existing pieces, and budget-friendly accents were layered in to create a bold yet cohesive gathering space that feels both functional and personal.
