Living room (178 sq. ft.)
ABOUT THE TRANSFORMATION:
​​​The existing space was a 178 square foot living room with a unique brick fireplace, lime green accent chair and gray chaise couch. The goal was to make this living room perfect for entertaining guests while maintaining the existing colors in the space. The TV is mounted to the wall with a full extension mount that sits only 3 inches from the wall when retracted and extends all the way up to 35 inches. This layout allows for conversation amongst guests or the option to sit on the sofa and pull the TV out for viewing. All elements shown in this visual (furnishings, paint, art, etc.) fell within the requested décor budget by using a combination of items already owned in this home and new affordable additions to the room!
WHAT STAYED:
I maintained the existing wall color, flooring, tv, accent chair, and a few of the existing art pieces. I also custom designed this concept for shelving around the existing fireplace with a suggestion to add a fresh coat of paint to the brick to offer a more modern look.

​​​I use a detailed 3D modeling process to replicate any existing features that a client may want to keep in the room (like the wall color, flooring, furniture pieces, etc.). In this room, existing wall color, flooring, tv, accent chair, and a few of the existing art pieces were maintained.
